Improved Maneuverability (Easier to Operate)

  • The cutoff system uses a direct drive mechnism which eliminates the need for the cutter alignment. The cutter insert can be replaced without removing the cutter holder. 
  • The transfer system is united in one body, and the open-close timing adjustment of the chuck fingers can be executed from the operating position using a visual scale. 
  • The adjustments of the kickout length, the stopper and the punch wedge can be easily and accurately made with use of the mechanical digital indicators.
