A.O. Co., Ltd.
A.O. Co., Ltd. was established in February, 1975 as the service arm of Asahi Sunac's forging machinery division. A.O. provides spare parts as well as a wide range of maintenance and overhaul services. A.O. also provides a comprehensive retrofitting service in which older headers are not only overhauled, but modernized through installation of the latest forging functions and electronic control features.
A.O. is also developing it's own product line which now includes the AOP Pointer unit which adds increased value to cold forged products.



RETROFITTING　
A.O. can raise the overhaul functionality and performance of older headers and cold formers through retrofitting. An A.O. retrofit can include installation of teh latest electronic control systems as well as modifications that allow cold forging of special materials.

Performance Improvement
Obsolete or worn components in older headers are replaced with newer types that can upgrade performance beyond the machine's original capability.
New Function
Older headers can be modified to perform like the latest types through the installation of NC control units, automated monitoring system, noise suppression equipment, and other upgrades.
Special Features
Older headers can be modified for new or special applications aimed at producting higher value workpieces.
