Furthermore,the cutter nib can be replaced without removing the cutter holder. The result is a faster and easier setup operation along with reduced changeover times. The&#8221;Saver&#8221; function partially inseres the short blank into the die after the transfer pass to assure an accurate hit for each transfer.<br>Assist Saver makes it possible to dependably transfer stepped or extremely short blanks that have proven difficult to chuck dependably using fingers only.
