Punch Swing Mechanism

Adopting a unique mechanism by linking the two positive cams from the side shaft and the special swing cam of the punch rocker.

RH Transfer System

“Switch Header” Transfer System adapts to a wider range of blank types.
Productivity has often suffered as a result of time-consuming alignment procedures required when setting up a Transfer system to produce very short parts.
RH / SRH series is able to switch Transfer Type or Transfer-less Type depending on the products.

SRH Transfer System

①Less phase shift during transfer the blank improves the time for Setup.
②The transfer which clears punch improve tooling design and tooling life.
③The transfer discharge finished product to discharge chute. It prevents mixing of bad parts with good and also prevents damaging and oil staining.

Relieving Mechanism

Relieving Mechanism produces higher quality shoulder part by backing off the 2nd die kickout pin after the 2nd punch hit. This dramatically improves downward material flow from the 3rd punch hit.
Much better shoulder fill out. Tighter shoulder corner sharpness tolerances are consistently achieved time after time. Furthermore, Relieving Mechanism (and Push-Out System) can be quickly changed over according to the blank type.

Push-Out System

Push-Out System reverses the relieving kickout motion to move the 2nd die kickout pin forward (instead of backward) after the second punch hit. This allows the 3rd punch to easily perform a piercing operation and eliminates the need for special dies. Furthermore, Push-Out System (and Relieving Mechanism) can be quickly changed over according to the blank type.

Wiper System

[RH series only]The wiper knocks the blank from the second die into the delivery chute with a positive mechanical action in order to prevent double hits during high speed operation. The wiper also eliminates the noise and oil spray problems of air blow off system. Furthermore, the Wiper (and Stripper) system can be quickly changed over according to the blank type.

Stripper System

[RH seires only] Stripper System allows hollow blank types to be positively ejected from the extrusion pin. Besides simplifying die layout, the stripper also assures a more precise piercing operation while contributing to longer pin life. Furthermore, the stripper (and wiper) system can be quickly changed over according to the blank type.
