Horizon Installer
Die set is exchanged through the window located at the side face of the frame, which reduces the setup time.
Die block and punch block are exchanged through the window located at the side of machine’s main frame.
Universal Transfer System
Transfer System is selected as “Straight Pass”, “180°Turn and Pass” and “Close” depending on the shape of the product.
OPTION
Fixed Grip Pull-Back Mechanism
The fixed grip pull-back mechanism grips and pulls the wire back away from the knife as the shear stroke begins in order to prevent the wire face from coming into contact with the knife. This realizes high precision cutoff surface.
