Cutoff System
The cutoff system uses a direct drive mechanism that eliminates the need for cutter alignment after replacement. Furthermore,the cutter nib can be replaced without removing the cutter holder. The result is a faster and easier setup operation along with reduced changeover times. The shear die cotter adjustment is easily executed through a moving wedge mechamism.
Straight-Pass Transfer System
Transfer fingers open wide to clear the punch completely. This reduces not only restriction on tooling design, but also increases overall productivity by signficantly enlarging the transfer drive timing.

Assist Saver System
The Assist Saver system is designed to support the transfer action so short blanks can be chucked out of the die to maintain the optium pickup position for the transfer fingers. The”Saver” function partially inseres the short blank into the die after the transfer pass to assure an accurate hit for each transfer.
Assist Saver makes it possible to dependably transfer stepped or extremely short blanks that have proven difficult to chuck dependably using fingers only. The blank insertion function also provides the additional benefit of easing tooling design restruction to allow a higher level of tooling standarization.
