Fine Slide System
Aiming for a clearance of “zero”, we have developed a unique mechanism that mounts bearings on the ram slide.
Fine Feed System
The moving gripper clamps the wire, the fixed gripper releases the wire, and the moving gripper pulls the wire as the cuftoff is executed.
Fine Cutoff System
The Fine Cutoff System is a high-speed cutting mechanism that enables right-angle cutting without angle.

Jog Drive System
During inching operations (JOG), clockwise and counterclockwise operation is available at a speed of the operators’ discretion using the joystick controller on the control panel. No need to switch the main motor from clockwise to counterclockwise operation enables reduced changeover time and easy transfer finger timing adjustment through inching.
Product Delivery Conveyor In-Machine
Gently carries the finished products out of the forging area to the external machine area. Prevents mixing defective workpieces and damaging the products.
