Based on the Net Shaper concept, the SF series was developed as a next-generation part former that pushes the boundaries of precision. SF-Formers, the continuously evolving SF Series, has been refined into three models.

Three Fine Mechanisms:Standard on all models

Three fine mechanisms come standard on all SF-Formers models.
①Fine Feed ② Fine Cutoff ③Fine Slide
They enable higher-precision part forming and superior net-shape processing.

①Fine Feed

Wire is securely fed into the machine by a gripper using a reciprocating motion. By supplying cutoff blanks with minimal dimensional variation, Fine Feed contributes to highly accurate part forming.

②Fine Cutoff

High-speed cutoff system enables square, burr-free cutoff surfaces without material deflection, minimizing variations in cutoff blank weight. In addition, because no wire stopper is used, scratches and seizure on the cutoff blank end face are prevented, contributing to improved product quality.

③Fine Slide

By minimizing ram clearance, Fine Slide improves product coaxiality and concentricity to an even higher level, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy. It also contributes to extended tooling life.
