Horizon Installer
Standard on SRF
The die block and punch block can be attached and detached through an access window located on the side of the machine’s main frame. Because changeover can be performed manually without using a crane, work efficiency is improved and hazardous lifting operations involving heavy components are eliminated.
Individual Segmented Die Block
Standard on SRF

By adopting an individual segmented die block, thermal effects on the tooling generated during forming are suppressed, minimizing changes in product accuracy and center runout caused by heat.
OPTION
Motor Driven Punch Cotter Adjustment
Optional on SNF / SRF
Adjust punch cotter length at the control panel. Automatic NC system is also available for option.
*Models SNF200 / SRF200 and above only
90° Turn Transfer
Optional on SNF / SRF
Rotates forging products by 90° and transfers them onto the conveyor. By orienting the product perpendicular to the conveyor’s travel direction, rolling on the conveyor is prevented, thereby reducing hitting marks and surface damage caused by contact between products.
*Models SNF150 / SRF150 and above only
Fixed Grip Pull-Back Mechanism
Optional on SNF / SRF
The fixed grip pull-back mechanism grips and pulls the wire back away from the knife as the shear stroke begins in order to prevent the wire face from coming into contact with the knife. This realizes high precision cutoff surface.
*Models SNF100 / SRF100 and above only
Tooling Pre-Heater
Optional on SNF / SRF

Preheats the die block and punch block in advance to reduce cotter adjustments during production caused by thermal expansion.Ensures stable forming from the first production piece and minimizes startup scrap.
*SNF: Block Change System option required.
Jog Drive System
Optional on SNF / SRF
During inching operations (JOG), clockwise and counterclockwise operation is available at a speed of the operators’ discretion using the joystick controller on the control panel. No need to switch the main motor from clockwise to counterclockwise operation enables reduced changeover time and easy transfer finger timing adjustment through inching.
Warm Forming System
Optional on SNF / SRF
Warm processing is possible by incorporating a High-Frequency Induction Heater.
Both Cold and Warm processing can be handled by a single machine.
