Forging Machinery

In order to create and form forging products with excellent precision, we conduct a thorough review of all the basic functions for “feeding," “cutting," “forming" and “transporting" what is required for the forging machinery.

Our solution involves our 3 fine functions and our unique transfer system.

Fine Feed

Feeding = Fine Feed (Highly precise material feeding system)

The gripping modules for the transfer and securing sections clamp down and hold the wire material securely in place, and then the material is fed into the cutting section. This system is able to maintain the variation of material weight to under 0.2%. It also does not deform the wire material and prevents damage or scratches on the end surfaces usually caused by overfeeding.

Fine Cutoff

Cut off = Fine Cutoff (High speed cutting mechanism)

A hammer type cutting system is set up in the space for the cutting section. The high speed explosive cutting can produce a step or a sharp right angle cut off. Rather than a conventional stopper mechanism, this system is equipped with a range sensor that can conduct a full measurement operation for the cutting length. It also prevents scratches from occurring on the end surface typically caused by contact with the stopper.

Fine Slide

Forging = Fine Slide (Ramming with high rigidity and forming with highly accurate sliding)

This system is equipped with an adjustment function in the slide section so the ram clearance can be set to a minimum. The space required for the ram section space also can be reduced by less than half, when compared to a setup that uses an additional finishing process with conventional lapping. We have increased the tool life significantly by improving the product’s concentric and core properties.

Transport = Fine Feed

This mechanism provides reliable transport to the next process for workpieces formed in all stages in the manufacturing line. We offer a parallel type, which is good for high speed production, and a universal type, which is equipped with straight-pass and 180 degree turn-and-pass setting options. You can select the best method to fit the configuration of your product. There is also a close type transfer option available for short-length products.
We have improved the degree of freedom in our tool designs and offer high speed as well as stable production.

Our forging test machines used for research accumulate data that impacts tooling processes and gives feedback for tooling development. This research and feedback are then used for new forging machine designs, new function developments and tooling improvements.
