Less paint needed
As a result of the high electrification efficiency of the paint and the coating efficiency being improved by up to 10% compared to our conventional products, we can expect a reduction in the amount of paint used and the amount of correction, as well as a reduction in the amount of industrial waste if paint is not collected.
Improved finish
While maintaining high charging efficiency, it suppresses the generation of free ions and realizes a smooth finished surface with less reverse ionization (electrostatic repulsion).
Improved re-coating
The dual electric field reduces reverse ionization (electrostatic repulsion), resulting in a smooth coating even when recoating.
Reduced coating time
With a maximum discharge rate of approximately 350g/min, more paint can be deposited in a short time,
improving work efficiency.
Suppression of paint scattering
The newly designed injector can supply paint with less air than before, suppressing paint scattering such as blowing
off.
Improved coating adhesion
The shape of the tip of the gun has been made about 20% thinner, making it easier to target deep areas (narrow areas).
Expansion of nozzle variations
A cap that can change the pattern with one type has appeared. In addition, we have a lineup of various fixed pattern width nozzles that can be selected and used under optimal conditions.
