- What kind of particles can be cleaned?
- It can be used to clean the powder (glass cullet etc.) left after glass cutting, the residue after the photolithography process, and the dirt stuck in CMP polishing pads.
- What cleaning liquid can be used?
- Ultra-pure water, Deionized water and resistivity resistivity adjusted water (Added carbon dioxide or ammonia).
- Do you sell this pump unit as the cleaning system?
- We product and sell HPMJ and HSPJ cleaning system to install inside the cleaning system.
These pump units with nozzles can be retrofitted to your existing cleaning system in an optimal manner.

- I want to repair my pump unit or peripheral parts, how can I do that?
- If you wish to repair the unit by yourself, do so only after receiving the consumable parts, etc., in accordance with our instruction manual. If you have any trouble with malfunction or other symptoms, please contact us using the inquiry form and our staff will contact you.
- What materials can be coated ?
- We have experience to form coating film with general solvent, water- based, UV curing agents, slurry and multifunctional materials, but corrosive solutions cannot be handled. Please contact us using the inquiry form and our sales representatives will get in touch with you.
- Please tell me the film formation accuracy.
- Film thickness accuracy varies greatly depending on viscosity and boiling point of coating liquid, and shape of workpiece. - Can I coat 3D workpieces?
