The electrostatic controller displays the main coating parameters (gun voltage, current, air flow rate, and discharge rate) independently, greatly improving visibility and operability.
The gun’s built-in select switch allows you to increase or decrease the discharge amount and switch between 3 mode recipes at the gun’s hand, greatly improving workability.

Introduction : Due to the increase in orders, improving productivity had become an issue.
Benefits :
1. By updating the equipment and adding more spray guns, the coating area has been expanded. Now it is possible to apply the correct film thickness uniformly to all workpieces.
2. Previously, two people were continuously performing correction work throughout the day, but the frequency of corrections has decreased due to the dual-electric effect, thereby improving productivity.
