Less paint needed
As a result of the high electrification efficiency of the paint and a maximum of 10% improvement in the coating
efficiency compared to conventional products, the effect of reducing the amount of paint used can be expected,
and the amount of correction is further reduced.
In addition, we can expect a reduction in the amount of industrial waste in the case of only blowing away.
Improved finish
While maintaining high charging efficiency, it suppresses the generation of free ions and realizes a smooth
finished surface with less reverse ionization (electrostatic repulsion).
Improved re-coating
The dual electric field reduces reverse ionization (electrostatic repulsion), resulting in a smooth coating even when
recoating.
Reduced coating time
With a maximum discharge rate of approximately 350g/min, more paint can be deposited in a short time,
improving work efficiency.
Expansion of pattern width
From plane to depth, you can select the nozzle that matches the object to be coated and the process,
and the pattern can be changed.
Shorter cleaning time
The seamless construction of the gun body reduces cleaning time.
